We strive to give you the best possible spa experience by utilizing the highest quality organic products and customizing our treatments to address your individual needs. We recommend scheduling spa appointments in advance to better accommodate preferred times, services, and therapists; however we will do our best to fulfill same day requests as well. A credit card or gift certificate number is required to secure your appointment. No charges will be made until the time of service.
If you are visiting for the first time, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment so you don't feel rushed. Guests are required to complete a short, confidential health questionnaire prior to treatment. Starting your session on time allows you to receive the full benefit of your complete and unhurried service. Appointment duration will be adjusted for late arrivals at full fee.
As a courtesy to our guests we request cell phones be turned off to ensure a relaxing visit for yourself as well as those around you. To ensure your own relaxation please leave your children at home with a caring adult.
What To Wear
You do not need to wear any special clothing unless unless otherwise instructed. After completing your health questionnaire, your therapist will escort you to your treatment room and step out while you disrobe. Most spa treatments are enjoyed without clothing; however you may wear whatever is comfortable for you. Our professional staff is trained to drape towels or sheets discreetly to protect your privacy at all times.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items and encourage you to leave valuables at home.

Studies indicate that massage therapy performed during pregnancy can reduce anxiety, decrease symptoms of depression, relieve muscle aches and joint pains, and improve labor outcomes and newborn health. Women can begin massage therapy at any point in their pregnancy, however due to the increased statistics for miscarriage associated with the first 12 weeks of pregnancy, we ask that you consult with your midwife or obstetrician prior to scheduling you appointment.
We are unable to offer treatments to children under the age of 18 without a parent or guardian's permission. Parental supervision is required for those under the age of 16.
Gratuities are customary for day spa services, and left to the discretion of the guest. Our recommended standard gratuity for day spa treatments is 18%-20%. Gift certificates do not include gratuity unless otherwise indicated. 100% of your gratuity goes to your therapist. If for some reason your service failed to exceed your expectations please let us know immediately; customer satisfaction is our highest priority.
If you find yourself unable to keep an appointment, the courtesy of 24 hours notice is appreciated. Cancellation of a service with less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% charge. If an appointment is missed with no prior notification, 100% of the treatment will be charged. A credit card is required for first time appointments.
We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. Returned checks will be subject to a $20.00 service charge. Your copy of our published prices may not be our most current pricing. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice.
Hours of Operation
Our regular hours are Mon-Fri 10am-7pm; Sat 10am-4pm; Sun 10am-2pm. Other appointment requests may be accommodated based on availability.
Customized gift certificates are available both on our web site instantly, and also at the spa via telephone or in person. All gift certificates are nonrefundable but fully transferable. Because our gift certificates do not expire, guests will be responsible for any price increases. Gift certificates must be presented at check-in and are not redeemable if lost or stolen. Let our knowledgeable staff help you customize your gift with services and complimentary products.
Your satisfaction is our utmost concern. If you are not satisfied with one of your products we will gladly arrange store credit for your returned item.
