Reflexology

Rebecca Posner
"Our feet carry and guide our intention. Like a mirror, they reflect internal rhythm, individual expression and beauty of movement."

Rebecca Poz, refexologist with Vitality Spa of Old Lyme, CT

Qualifications: Certified Reflexologist

I have been in the helping professions for over twenty years. Growing up in an expressive, artistic and literary home, I became interested in the arts as a form of expression, and later, I expanded that.

As an art therapist and psychotherapist, I am able to help individuals explore connections, that can lead to awakening and channeling new insights, offering opportunities toward personal understanding. Reflexology has been a natural progression, that supports and awakens individual healing by activating reflex points on the feet and lower legs.

During a reflexology session, my trained skills and personal perceptions combined with the use of my original aroma therapy formulas, facilitate the release of stress points and offers support for developing more recognition of what constitutes a healthy mind and body.
